Please note that all ticket purchases for Bainfest events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Why we have this policy:

Because our events have limited capacity and upfront production costs, we are unable to issue refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is completed-even in the event of unexpected personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or illness.

Can't make it anymore?

While we cannot refund your purchase, our tickets are fully transferable! You are more than welcome to gift or resell your tickets to a friend, family member, or on local online marketplaces (such as Facebook Marketplace) if you can no longer attend.
